Bantana: The Unboxed Creative Making Noise From Indiana to Atlanta
Bantana is a force to be reckoned with. Originally from the heart of South Bend, Indiana, and now rooted in Atlanta, this dynamic artist brings a gritty, genre-bending energy to the culture. His music fuses raw street lyricism, melodic vulnerability, and grunge-inspired edge—all wrapped in a voice that slides effortlessly from a dark, raspy baritone to an expressive, high-pitched squeal. Every track tells a story of pain, hustle, and resilience.
But Bantana is more than a rapper—he’s a full-fledged creative force: singer, engineer, songwriter, and producer. His talent for blending hard-hitting flows with emotional melodies shines in his R&B single “Echoes of Us,” proving he can switch lanes without losing his authenticity. His sound is bold, raw, and unapologetic—and as he puts it: “I don’t wanna be labeled.”
His catalog is proof of his range and momentum. He first made waves with “It’s Time”—a powerful collaboration with KRS-One, Benafactor, and CyCy Couture—followed by the high-energy anthem “No Laccin” featuring Snoop Doggand Benafactor, which is currently climbing the DRT Charts. Meanwhile, his strip club and party favorite “Get To Wigglin” featuring China Monai is turning up venues across the South.
Bantana has earned his stripes in the live scene with performances at TakeOff ATL, Makin’ It Magazine, Slab Cypher, Open Mic ATL, and more—consistently taking first place and proving himself as a natural-born performer. He also curates his own concert series, “BANTANA & Frenz,” where he shares the stage with standout talents like Pap Chanel, E Chapo, Salma Slims, KingYoshiman, Spark Dawg, BreadWinner Kane, and others. His performance résumé includes opening for industry heavyweights such as 2 Chainz, Jeezy, Duke Deuce, Enchanting, Yo Gotti, Scotty ATL, Lil Duval, and the legendary Bun B.
Bantana is also expanding his influence beyond music. He’s now featured in the viral Kountry Wayne skits and is set to appear in the upcoming film “Delirious.” As a lifestyle model, he’s collaborated with fashion brands like KrownMe LLC, Face Guard Clothing, The Avenue ATL, No LoGo Apparel, and Trenchwear.
In the world of sync licensing, Bantana’s music is making serious moves—landing placements in major television shows like Cross On Prime, P-Valley, The Sex Lives of College Girls, and more, proving that his sound resonates far beyond the stage.
As the founder of his own label, Play The Game Entertainment, Bantana is building a movement with a roster that includes Yoko Twazy, Soufside Marie, Drip FN, Darien Brielle, Jaydo Banks, and Forever The Rebel.
Up next: two highly anticipated projects that showcase both sides of his artistry—the hard-edged “No Glock, No Glory”and his R&B-driven project “Bandross.”
